Happy Place Pilates is a boutique Clinical Pilates studio in Bomaderry, Shoalhaven that genuinely focuses on you. We take the time to get to know you and your unique situation. We work with you and provide guidance based on the best available scientific evidence to ensure results. We pride ourselves on providing a safe supportive space for clients to learn and work through their challenges.

Although our studio is small, our results are mighty. We use a combination of Pilates Reformer, Tower, Wunda Chair, Mat and Small Props to deliver your individualised program. We empower you further throughout your sessions by providing education and practical skills for you to self-manage your condition.

I found those classes very beneficial to my overall well being and fitness and could feel how I improved over the weeks. It was only when Meredith moved away and I had to find another class that I realised how knowledgeable she was and how well she explained things. She is very aware of an individual's needs and tailors the class accordingly. I was therefore very excited when I discovered Meredith had produced some mat class videos that I could do at home, not only because of the current situation (COVID-19) but because I no longer live near Meredith it allows me to once again to be taught by her.
